Howard EcoWorks is an environmental nonprofit based in Howard County, Maryland. We are addressing climate issues with environmental restoration, while providing career opportunities in the green industry. We are currently accepting applications for our year-round conservation team as a Senior Crew Member.

Are you passionate about the environment? Senior Crew Members play a hands-on role in restoring local ecosystems through the installation and maintenance of conservation landscapes, rain gardens, native tree plantings, and stream restoration projects. They help turn plans into reality in the field, support and mentor program participants, and ensure projects are completed safely, effectively, and with care. As experienced team members, Senior Crew Members help keep daily field operations running smoothly while representing Howard EcoWorks in the community.
